Who we are

onlinefotoshop.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”) is an independent website that provides a free, browser-based photo editor. You can learn more on our About page. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].

Your photos and documents

The editor on this site is Photopea, a third-party application that is loaded from photopea.com when you press Start editing. It runs inside your browser tab. Files you open are read and processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers. When you save or export, the file is written straight to your device.

Because the editor is loaded from photopea.com, Photopea receives the technical data any website receives when it loads, such as your IP address, and may keep your editor settings in your browser. How Photopea handles that data is described in its own privacy policy on photopea.com.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, the following technical information is processed:

• Your IP address, used to deliver the page and to protect the site against abuse
• Your browser type, operating system and device type
• The pages you visit, the time of your visit and the page that referred you
• Your approximate location at country level, derived from the IP address

This information is recorded in server logs, kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, and then deleted. We do not use it to identify you.

Cookies and local storage

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. This site and its partners use them as follows:

• Security: Cloudflare may set cookies needed to keep the site secure and fast.
• Advertising: Google and its partners may set cookies to show ads and measure their performance, as described below.
• Analytics: if Google Analytics is enabled, it sets cookies to count visits and see which pages are used, in aggregate.
• Preferences: your choice of light or dark theme is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The editor keeps working without them, though ads may be less relevant.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

The site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which languages are most popular or which sections people read. Google Analytics collects statistical data that does not identify you personally. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.

Content delivery and fonts

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it against attacks and serves it quickly around the world. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to do this.

Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and California, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its use, and to opt out of personalised advertising.

We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site, and advertising data on the basis of your consent where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Because we hold no account data, most choices can be made with your browser settings and the opt-out links above. For anything else, write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law requires.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
